Pet Policy
at Lumen Chamblee
There is a limit of 2 pets no more than 75 pounds combined weight. A deposit of $250.00 and a fee of $250.00 per pet will be required. Pet rent is $25.00 a month per pet.
In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. No exotic pets (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Birds, if permitted, must be caged at all times. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No aggressive dog breeds and mixes of these breeds will be accepted to include: 1. Dalmatian 2. Boxer 3. Presa Canario 4. Chow Chow 5. Doberman Pinschers 6. Alaskan Malamutes 7. Huskies 8. German Shepards 9. Rottweilers 10. Pit Bulls. All pets must be pre-approved by management in order to receive final acceptance. Contact the leasing office for more details regarding our pet policy.
